Learning about feminine and masculine energies has been a game-changer for me when it comes to manifestation.
TBH, manifestation, surrendering, and stepping into flow confused the freak out of me. I energetically didn't know how to lean back and trust. Therefore, I subconsciously blocked myself from understanding the concepts of manifestation.

When you're seeking to achieve a goal out of wanting to avoid something, it puts you into a desperate energy.

But when you look at all the ways achieving this goal will be good for you, those who are impacted, and the world (ecology check), then you put yourself in receiving mode.
