Frontal Temporal Craniotomy - Martin M. Mortazavi, MD, FICS

DEMO 1: Modified orbitozygomatic approach consisting of frontal-temporal craniotomy posterolateral orbitotomy, extra dural anterior clinodecomy and decompression of optic canal for resection of midline suprasellar tumors.

DEMO 2: Extreme lateral craniectomy, CI laminectomy, skeletonization of vertebral artery, partial removal of atlanto-occipital joint, for resection of clipping of lesions anterior to the Craniocervical junction.

DEMO 3: Extended retrosigmoid craniotomy temporal craniotomy, presigmoid craniectomy for resection of upper to midpoint lesions.
