Many of us feel the pressure to be perfect. Unless we are good at something right away... we don't even want to do it.

It can feel really vulnerable to allow ourselves to openly suck at something... and yet... this is often exactly what we need to start to feel better in our body.

To see the value in being a beginner. Learning how to fail often and fail well - and see that as a necessary part of the journey - rather than something to avoid or fear, a way for us to learn, grow, and find the joy in the process.
