MANGROVE JACK SESSION | Fishing Coomera River.

This session I head out with Owen McPaul to chase mangrove jack in the waters of the Coomera River. The plan it to throw topwater baits early around some natural structure then target the pontoons in the main river arm with soft plastics and hardbodies. The day before the weather turned to shit and a cold front pushed in dropping the water temperature and making bites very hard to come by. I made sure I chucked in a bream rod just in case the jacks didn't play the game.
