Vegan options are not listed on the menu at Amare Mediterranean Restaurant in Walt Disney World Swan Reserve but you can modify a salad. The non-vegan options were incredible. Thank you to Chef Rhodes for the incredible cauliflower steak. We would love to see that on the menu.
