MIELE W1918 model washing machine, loud clunking noise, shock absorber suspension leg replacement

Other excellent videos here on YT show later model Miele washing machines, and how to replace the suspension shock absorbing legs. This model W1918 was made from 1994 - 2002. Opening it to replace those legs is very different from later models.

Two alerts: 1) My Lumix DMC-ZS60 could not decide for the first 45 seconds where to focus. I apologize for the poor and annoying video quality for the first 45 seconds. I decided not to re-record, because I am not sure I know how to fix that. If anyone knows a good tutorial on using that camera, please post a link for me in comments. 2) Always disconnect the power when opening an appliance such as this one.
