Beef chorizo
Pork. Chorizo
Empanada dough
2 medium potatoes chopped very tiny
Oil
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion chopped fine
1 large jalapeño chopped fine
1 1/2 packet Sazon
2 teaspoon cumin

4 Tablespoon tomato sauce
4 heaping Tablespoon Sofrito
3 cloves garlic chopped fine
Green onions
Tomatoes chopped two tablespoons for mixture the rest for garnish
Maggie pollo season to taste
Pepper , garlic powder to taste
