FS 2001-SRN, Alert, Prairie Island NPP, WI

After New Richmonds RM-130, I headed down to the Praire Island NPP siren system to record this older 2nd gen 2001-SRN. It had a good punch even from the longer distance I recorded it from. I love how you could also hear the other nearby units very well aswell. Also, this may have been one of the last recordings of this system in action as 2 months later the system was scrapped. Some towns kept some 2001's while the more rual 2001's were removed. I am not sure if this unit still stands today. Enjoy!
