Thailand New Year Celebrations Cancelled?

Today is just a quick vlog out and about in Chiang Mai, Thailand on New Years Eve. Covid-19 cases in the last few weeks have risen in Thailand and many places have gone into a semi lockdown once again, meaning Thailand New Year Celebration party's have been cancelled and many bars and clubs told to close. Chiang Mai is still open for New Year Celebrations but the Thai government have advised people not to gather to see in the New Year. Chiang Mai Thailand New Years eve celebrations are normally a fun time for everyone. Thailand new year countdown will be a little different this year.
