For some reason trials riding (or observed trials) is only big in Europe and Britian. Elsewhere there are just a handful of trials clubs in each country such as Western Districts Trials club. In Australia about one thousand riders compete, - in Europe hundreds of thousands compete regularly. Trial riders compete in all sorts of weather conditions! Unlike most other forms of motorcycle sport, Trial is not racing.
