My brand new low energy saving fluorescent light fitting with a GE 2d 16w 2pin lamp made in great Britain and with a GE 155/500.4..65w 220.240v fluorescent lamp starter switched made in great Britain I did replace the choke 240v ballast by using a 16w 2pin 2d low energy saving fluorescent lamps from switch start just being very preheat gear
