DRONE FOOTAGE shows flooding in Grand Isle from Tropical Storm Cristobal
5:10 PM Sunday - Tropical Storm Cristobal has made landfall on the southeast Louisiana coast just west of Port Sulphur. It is bringing heavy rainfall and storm surge to the Gulf Coast.
Cristobal's max winds remain at 50 mph, but it is now moving a little faster north at 7 mph.
The storm was better organized on Sunday with rain wrapping around all sides, but it will not strengthen anymore.
The storm also slowed down, but it remains very broad and has multiple circulations within the main circulation.
The main impacts will be storm surge due to the strong onshore flow and flooding rains within rain bands.
