After 18-year-old Kaitlyn Arquette was murdered in 1989, the Albuquerque police department believed it was a random act of violence. But as details were released, possible motives for her murder came to light.

She also had knowledge of a gang-related insurance scheme.  But despite her family’s efforts and an extensive police investigation, Kaitlyn’s case went cold.
