Competition BBQ is packed full of flavour! That's because judges only take one small bite, the judges eat all day usually, they've got to get through heaps of different teams hand ins across 4 different categories!
If you want your hand ins to stand out, there needs to be some great, well balanced flavours in there!
Well that's just my opinion anyways.... In this video i'm going to show you a competition pork rib recipe and method i've been working on.
