The Akai mpx16 latency problem - AKAI failed again...WTF!

Dear Akai:
Please troubleshoot and fix your high latency issues!!!

10ms is not acceptable!
You did it before. (S950-S6000 works fine!!!, mpx8 lost some notes, but works fast enough)

First You hear the korg volca Kick. (analog triggered)
Than a mpx16 Kick (10ms after the Volca Kick...)
Than a mpx16 kick and a mpx8 kick. (10ms before the MPX 16 Kick...)

After round about 30 Second I swap the midi cable in order to obviate a Seq malfunction.

After approximately 60 seconds I have fixed the sound with Audacity for comparison.
Please do your work. We have paid for! And we need your stuff sometimes...
