I could not get the Mudrunner Editor version to work (if anyone knows how to resolve this, please let me know).
You can download the zip file from the DropBox link below. Then extract the files into the Media.zip the old fashioned way

INSTALLING NEW SKINS
-Default files Body_Clean, Chassis_Clean, and Glass_Clean
-Copy files from Body_Dirty, Chassis_Dirty, and Glass_Dirty folders into the textures folder in Media.zip.
-Delete the TexturesCache folder in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\SpinTires MudRunner

KNOWN ISSUES
-Objects pass through lower front bumper (Intentional, otherwise impossible to climb hills)
-Reversing at extreme angle will cause trailers to glitch
-Trailers will tip forward if filled with fuel and detached from truck
-Fuel Overlay for second trailer attached to first trailer
-Driver/feet/hands not possitioned exactly right
-Trailer legs float when extended
-Hoses between first and second trailers not animated
-Steering wheel not animated
