Jacque discusses the alternative concept of competent democracy. He goes into the differences between making decisions and arriving at decisions, and using the latter for social operation. Other aspects covered are individuality, freedom, futurism, and predictability.

Anything less will result in a continuation of the same catalog of problems inherent in today's world.
