City cars are typically colourful, funky little things that are fun to drive and - crucially - are cheap to own and run. The Hyundai i10, however, has always prioritised a strong equipment list over flashy looks.

But the new i10 is different. Not only does it look more stylish on the outside, but the company has put a lot of effort into jazzing up the interior for a more premium feel. The N-Line version, the car we'll be testing, could also be the closest thing Hyundai has to a VW Up! GTI rival. But is it worth the premium over the old car?
