Baltic Trader 85 - Classic Yacht Delivery - Falmouth to Gran Canaria

The delivery of a beautiful classic yacht called "Grace" from Falmouth to Las Palmas.

It is approximately 1500 Nautical Miles from Falmouth to Gran Canaria. Numerous dolphins and a fin whale were spotted along the way.

Grace is a traditional Baltic motor-fishing vessel design, built in 1925 by the well known and respected Soren Larsen. Converted in the late 1980s to a private yacht then worked as a charter vessel in both the Solent and more recently in the Bristol Channel from a Bristol Floating Harbour mooring.

2 inch oak planked hull galvanised boat nail fastened to sawn oak frames. Solid pine laid deck, oak stanchions with full bulwarks. Mahogany deck-house, skylights and hatches.

Traditional style accommodation offering twelve berths in seven cabins. Four single cabins, two double and single cabins and owner/skippers aft double cabin with ensuite heads.

For this trip we provided four extremely experienced sailors. The skipper is an Ocean Master, two of the crew are yachtmasters and one crew is a coastal skipper.
