They are relational forces.
They are nervous-system weather.

And every human being is constantly contributing something to the emotional environment around them.

It is about emotional hygiene.

What are we cooking inside ourselves?
What atmospheres are we serving to others?
Do people feel safer, calmer, and clearer after contact with us — or more confused, tense, and depleted?
