Leaving a Soil Health Legacy
Leaving a Soil Health Legacy features Jon Jones and Jeremy Brown of Broadview Agriculture and Andrew Hurt, Steven Ebeling, and Brad Martin of Quarterway Cotton Growers. These cotton producers are thankful for the land stewards who came before them and emphasize the importance of adopting regenerative agriculture practices. They recognize that regenerative farming isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s a journey that began long ago and will continue after their time.
In this video series, Texas cotton producers and other industry experts share their insights on using regenerative farming practices to grow cotton and discuss why building soil health is crucial for a sustainable and resilient future.
This video series is made possible through the generous contributions of the supporters of the U.S. Regenerative Cotton Fund. The U.S. Regenerative Cotton Fund is an industry-first initiative to assist farmers in implementing regenerative agricultural practices across the U.S. cotton belt; drawing down one million metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent from the atmosphere by 2026. To achieve this goal the Fund seeks to empower growers and their advisors with locally relevant technical knowledge, economic information, and decision support tools.
