PANDESAL Recipe [No Egg, No Butter, No Milk] Pinoy Bread

Pandesal or pan de sal (Filipino and Spanish for "salt bread"), is a common bread roll in the Philippines. It is made of flour, eggs, yeast, sugar and salt. Individual loaves are shaped by rolling the dough into long logs (bastón, Spanish for "stick") which are rolled in fine bread crumbs. These are then portioned, allowed to rise, and baked.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup Warm Water
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp Yeast
3 tbsp Oil
3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
Bread crumbs for coating
