1. Check yarn version with command line interface in your computer by following command yarn -v)
2. Check node js version with command line interface in your computer by following command (node -v)
3. If not install yarn & nodejs please install yarn & nodejs in you computer first.

4. extract downloaded file.
5. yarn install on this project
6. yarn dev
