Today is our DAY 5 of our FIT AT HOME CHALLENGE! For today we have your favorite;) INTENSE TABATA WORKOUT:). We are going 5 rounds of 5 exercises. Yeeeees you can do it with me i know it !! Make sure you have very good warm-up before this workout so your body is warm and you are ready to go! Try to push yourself little more today and if you think you are too tired thats ok in that moment try even more. Do your best thats what matters and I know you will finish strong!
