Car driver pulls out on to the main road at a crawl and does not pick up speed. Was too busy drinking from his can of Red Bull to care about actually driving. Instead pulls into the left on to the zig zag lines to the exit of a pedestrian crossing. Was offered £100 fine and 3 penalty points. Registered keeper decided not to comply and failed to disclose who was driving on the day. Went through Court and registered keeper was fined £660, £166 in costs and 6 penalty points.
