Compensating Valve Systems on Brass Instruments

In this video I attempt to explain the difference between compensating and non-compensating valves systems on brass instruments. This information is only relevant to instruments with piston valves, as rotors don't tend to have mechanisms like this. The exception to that is the double french horn.
