Homestead Electricity - Connecting to Power Poles

We have electricity! We’re on the grid.

Hubby has installed the power box on our electrical pole. We saved quite a lot of money by having him build the power box and doing the work himself. No bones were broken in the making of this video ;)

Weatherhead - 1½”
Breakers – Siemans breakers: 20 amp and 30 amp
Electrical conductors – #2/0 copper (wires)
Outlets – 110 volt duplex outlets & 110 volt 30 amp RV outlet
Riser - 1½” schedule 40 galvanized conduit
Brackets – 1½” conduit straps
