This is how I make our DIY zero waste dishwasher powder recipe.

As always, please use common sense and precautions when handling washing soda. It can cause eye irritation so I generally avoid touching it.

I buy mine from a local supermarket where it is sold in a glass bottle. The plastic lids I save and take to my mother-in-law's place when visiting as her local curb collection accepts them for recycling.

Hoping to have white vinegar available from bulk very soon!
