Assassin Balance Patch:
▶️Crystal Coffin : can be used while under control effect
▶️Shadow Strike : increase range to 12 meters, increase damage by around 15%
▶️Obsidian Edge : increase damage by around 25%
▶️Nocturne Luna : increase damage by around 20%
▶️Soul Fissure : increase damage by around 10%
▶️Dark Rhapsody : increase damage by 25%
▶️C Talent - Heroic Sonata : every 10% of max hp remaining, change increased damage dealt from 1% to 1.2%, every 10% max hp lost, change reduce damage taken from 1% to 1.2%
▶️Dark Rhapsody, Nocturne Luna, and other ground skills hits cannot be dodged
