Kiran Ahluwalia - Raina (Night)

Raina (Night) - a song I wrote for my cousin who struggled with mental health issues before his life ended. The song is about the times he would lament about being a failure and I would laughingly recite a long list of my own setbacks to try and alleviate the darkness - the night - in his heart. Lets keep fighting the stigma associated with getting help for any sort of issue - small or large. Wishing us all courage to take the steps towards freedom from ailments.
