Cable Crossovers: 4 Sets 10 Reps then hold for 5 Seconds then another 5 reps then another 5 second hold then final 5 reps (20 Total Reps)
Decline Hammerstrength: 4 Sets 10-12 Reps
Reverse Pec Dec: 4 Sets 15 Reps
Incline Bench Front Raises superset with rear delt flies: 4 Sets 10 each workout.
