🔥 This Anime JRPG Hooked Me Immediately! | Dragon Sword Awakening

I love anime.

It’s my jam.

But it’s surprisingly rare for me to stumble across an anime-inspired game that immediately grabs my attention the way Dragon Sword Awakening did.

Steam recommended it to me, so I figured I’d give it a shot.

I’m always on the lookout for a good JRPG with a compelling story, and within the first few moments, Dragon Sword Awakening had me glued to the screen.

The introduction felt like discovering one of those hidden anime gems during a late-night Crunchyroll binge—something you click on out of curiosity and end up watching until 3 a.m.

The combat leans more toward modern action-oriented JRPGs, allowing you to swap between party members on the fly to create combos and adapt during battle.

It’s an interesting system, and it works surprisingly well.

That said, I still think there’s something special about classic turn-based JRPG combat that many modern games struggle to replicate.

Even so, Dragon Sword Awakening made a strong first impression, and I’m definitely interested in seeing more.
