The demo runs in Unity and this video was captured in Unity using the source code of the demo (supplied by the developer), Unity's "Time.captureFramerate" property, and an upcoming new version of my 360 panorama capture script, available from: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/38755
