Smartphones have become an essential and constant companion for everyone and we feel lost if we find ourselves without them. Fr Godfrey D’Sa, SDB, makes a powerful case for why we need to be wary of smartphone addiction and how we can overcome it. He reminds us that while our phone has replaced our camera, calendar, alarm clock and more, we must not let it replace what makes life truly meaningful: family, close friends and God.
