February 15, 2022 La Bien Aimée Knit Night with Norah Gaughan and Andrea Mowry
Aimée, Zach and Julia are joined by Andrea Mowry and Norah Gaughan to discuss their designs featured in Worsted, A Knitwear Collection Curated by Aimée Gille of La Bien Aimée, Perennial and the Andrea cardigan. We ask them about the inspiration for their designs, balancing knitability and design interest, finding new inspiration in classic forms, the process of collaboration, being influcenced by New England, spinning on a spindle and on a wheel, which designer inspires them and what knit stitch is their arch nemesis. We also meet Jessica and Sabrina, two of their testers to talk about test knitting, and more. This is the last La Bien Aimée Knit Night with the designers from the Worsted book.
