Try it, you’ll like it. 😀 This pancake mix is the best gluten-free pancake mix I have ever found. If you’re looking for gluten-free pancakes these are great. The recipe on the package calls for an egg. But, I often use one serving of applesauce instead of an egg. There is some buttermilk in the mix. So, it’s not vegan.
