Pet Baby Monkey Joins New Monkey Family - The Vervet Forest - Eliza

On this episode of The Vervet Forest a pet baby monkey named Eliza is brought to the Vervet Monkey Foundation after her humans decided they could not keep her as a pet any longer. Eliza was very traumatized and humanized. Her integration process into the troop was a very tough one and took months before she finally acclimated to monkey life and got over her desire to be with humans. The story has a very happy ending and some adorable footage of Eliza grooming and getting a bath.
