A rising star in the colossal realm of the Indian classical music, Rohan has enthralled audiences at home and abroad. A few notable of them are Basel university 550 years celebration in Switzerland,Indo-German music festival in Germany, EZCC music festival & Haridas Sangeet Sammelan in India, ,Parampara music festival in Suriname, South America .
As an accomplished classical soloist and composer, Rohan has received felicitations from various esteemed organisations - some distinguished ones are the President’s award ,the Surmani title, Ravi Koppikar & Pt.Vishnudigambar award.

In the current album "Sages", Rohan discovers the deep rooted traditional values and wisdom of a sage through the meditative expressions of the morning Ragas - Ahir Bhairav and Bhairavi.This album features a special collaboration with his sister, the singing virtuoso Koyel Dasgupta Naha. The talented siblings present a light classical composition accompanied by maestros in traditional Indian rhythm of Tabla by Sandip Ghosh and Mridangam by Shankar Narayanswamy.The album concludes with a spriteful folk composition.
