1 dough 5 biscuits! Very easy recipe for Eid biscuits/ cookies

1 dough - 5 biscuits!

These are so easy to make and will have everyone going back to seconds and thirds! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Ingredients:
600g butter
2 2/3 cups icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
3/4 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
9 cups flour

Garnish options:
Milk Chocolate, edible gold, white chocolate, pistachio paste, pistachios, edible rose petals, biscoff, granulated nuts, cocoa powder

Choc chip ones - add 1/4 cup choc chips
Lemon pistachio- 1 tbsp lemon rind and 1 tbsp crushed pistachios
Chocolate cookie - 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Coffee biscuits - 2 tsp finely ground coffee (I used the inside of the coffee pod) and could also add 1-2 tsp cocoa powder to make it mocha flavoured

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins
