Tony (Larry Hagman) is about to embark on a mission to the Moon when Jeannie (Barbara Eden) kisses him goodbye and accidentally gives him a cold.

From Season 4 Episode 23 'Around the World in 80 Blinks' - Jeannie tries to return Tony from a spaceflight to treat his cold and brings down the wrong astronaut.
