SuperBeetle rebuild: connecting rods onto crankshaft

This video contains some background and then the crankshaft buildup including the installing the connecting rods.

With the suspension and gas tank re-installed, now I start getting the engine assembled to go in the car. This video is getting the crankshaft prepped so that I can get the case assembled, which will happen in a couple of videos.

This is early in the sequence of the bottom-end build that I did in the old house just before moving in April of 2020. The next several VW videos will chronicle this (out of sequence) build. Then I'll jump back into sequence for the second half of the engine build in the new house.
