Lobster with Butter Sauce [SUB]

Fresh lobsters are generally considered better, but if you are too intimidated by killing one, you can always use prepared or packed lobster tails like I used here. Try to avoid frozen if possible, but as long as you cook things right, even frozen ones will taste great.

Also, salt your water when cooking lobsters. usually, 500ML of water is compatible with 1TBSP of Kosher Salt.

Ingredients for butter sauce:
Parsley bunch - 1/4
Butter - 1 Cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Onion or Shallot - Half for onion, 3 whole for shallot
White wine - 1 Cup
