U2 - Where The Streets have no name guitar cover
Quick / Rough guitar cover for an old favorite... it's been over 20 years now? Wow, I feel so old.
Guitar: Fender American Standard Strat. Set to 2nd Position on pickups (Bridge+Middle), tone set to ~6/10 to cut down on high piercing frequencies which I really don't like on Strats or Teles... warms up the tone nicely.
Using a blue Herdim pick, which is key to obtaining the Edge's chimey raspy sound.
Digitech RP250: Delay set to 350ms, ~ 8 repeats, ~85% volume on the repeats. Some reverb, and very slight vibrato, as well as compressor.
