It’s the final of The Taste Master and we make a stop-over in Belgium, the heartland of chefs and brewers.

Here the two finalists, Boitumelo Mogoai and Charmaine Ramalope-Makhubela learn the art of brewing a premium European lager and the essentials of taste.

Thrilled by new recipes, ingredients and the atmosphere of Christmas markets, the contestants return to host their final occasion under the mentorship of Double-Michelin-starred Belgian chef Piet Huysentruyt. But from two, a full panel of judges, past and present – can only crown one ‘The Taste Master’ and launch their dream career on Afternoon Express.
