Healthy and delicious traditional Polish kapusniak (sauerkraut soup).Kapusniak is perfect comfort food for winter dinner or any time.

Ingredients:
2 lb sauerkraut
0.25 lb Pork ribs
0.5 lb Polish sausage
1 tsp parsley
1 Cup Celery
1 Cup leeks
2 Carrot
5 Potatoes
1 Onion
3 Bay leaf
2 Tbs oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp marjoram
salt and pepper ,sugar
