Phase SiX Movement Prep

Give this Movement Prep workout a try before you begin your next Jiu Jitsu session!

These 3 exercises are an awesome combination of movements to prime your joints, increase your strength and mobility which can work to directly improve your overall performance and longevity.

They will also get you prepared to become really comfortable in those uncomfortable positions!

⚡️2 - 3 Rounds

⚡️A1.) Knee Drop Shoot x 6 each side
▪️30 Secs rest

⚡️A2.) Hip Bridge w/ Overhead Reach x 10 - 12 Reps
▪️30 Secs rest

⚡️A3.) Kick Through to Fighters Stance x 4 each side
▪️30 Secs rest

While this workout has been designed with martial artists and combat athletes in mind, as always these movements can be translated into any form of training regardless of your practice or sport!
