What is Metabolic Conditioning?
Metabolic Conditioning is a method of training that involves a very high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximise calories burned after your workout. This is usually done using your own bodyweight and free weight equipment such as dumbbells or kettlebells.
