Snow, food cellar and garden tour - February 2021

This vlogg was filmed in February 2021. The snow is starting to melt in south of Sweden.
In this video I will give you a tour of my garden, I show you my food cellar project and we are checking out my growings indoors. And I also answer some of your questions.

I will also explain a bit about my mulching method. I have developed my own mulching technique. It´s not a traditional mulching method, it´s a version of a deep mulching technique that I think works really well.

I am also explaining how I use composting with the Bokashi method and how I got into Bokashi composting.
