The road to becoming a medical coder for me was an unexpected one. A lot of what I was doing was going with the flow and having confidence that whatever I set my mind to, I could do. I was tired of working physically demanding jobs, I wanted a change. I am glad that I had the wonderful support I did going through all that. It made all the difference.
