Raajesh H Idnaani who is a co-founder of Quotient Consultancy along with his wife and support system, Amogha Idnani, started their company with a sheer passion of doing something for themselves rather than work for someone else. Their company vision started with drawings on tissue paper and finally materialized into growing big today

Raajesh coming from a service background always envisioned doing something that he was truly passionate about. Working in a 9-5 job didn't really give him that happiness. Apart from that he also always enjoyed teaching. His passion for training has been inbuilt within him for a very long time and he made ways to turn his passion into his profession

He took trainings on the weekend while ran his entrepreneurial journey throughout the week. He believes in taking each day as it comes and also to follow what your heart says. According to him if you do something that you're really passionate about, your work won't feel like work while still paying you!

His exceptional journey of recruitment globally has made his horizons wide and helps his customers gain much more value. Apart from that he also tells us about how an expert in the field would be able to guide you phenomenally well with your resumes and CV with the right set of keywords that an interviewer looks for.

His guidance and teachings have made a couple of people start their own consulting firms and he feels absolutely proud when they say that they learnt and started their journey through Quotient Consultancy. The best part is he doesn't look at them as competition

On the training front he also believes in sharing his knowledge to as many people as possible and help them grow.
